Each printer has its own specific offsets while printing. Printer Calibration allows to define calibration coefficients to compensate these offsets during printing.
To calibrate your printer:
1a. Do one of the following:
-- Select Print from the File menu,
-- Click on the Standard Toolbar.
The Printing Plug-in 4.0 dialog is displayed. Click the Calibrate button.
1b. Select File - Calibrate Printer from the main menu.
1c. Select Start - Programs - MediaFACE 4.0 - MediaFACE 4.0 Calibration Wizard.
2. The Calibration wizard (screen 1) like shown in example below appears.

3. Select one of the following options: Fellowes/Neato Calibration paper (special paper included in the kit) or Plain paper (if you don't have special paper) and click Next.
4a. If you selected the first option, the system displays the Calibration wizard (screen 2) like the one shown below.

5a. Select a printer to calibrate and click Print. Follow the instructions on the printed paper. After entering the values click Done.
4b. If you selected the second option, the system displays the Calibration wizard (screen 3) like the one shown below.

5b. Select a printer to calibrate, choose the paper type (Letter or A4) and click Print. Follow the instructions printed on the paper. After entering the values click Done.
